    Q: What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
    A: This is depends on the final box structure and design, so please contact us for final confirmation，we will advise you as per your needs and situation.

    Q: Will I receive the same boxes/bags I comfirmed with the given sample?
    A: Yes. We guarantee you with 100% surety. You will get the same boxes as the sample you have approved of.
     
    Q:Do you provide custom samples? 
    A: Sure, JS Packaging Factory manufactures custom boxes/bags according to our customers’ specifications regarding box size, shape or color, and material. We also can provide 3D mold design to check.

    Q: How long is your standard delivery time?
    A: For custom sample around 3 days.
        For mass production timeline about 10-20 working days. Of course, JS Factory also provides expedited order services for customers who need to order boxes urgently.
        For RTS about 5-7 days.
